- Hi! You can do this without downloading Dingbats... but I've added some below as well: (1) How to Use the "Insert" Function: In Microsoft Word (and Publisher), there's an easy way to insert symbols for copyright, trademark, cents and French, German and Spanish accents. On the top of the screen of your open Word document, you'll see the headings: File, Edit, View, Insert, Format, etc. Click on "Insert" and on the drop-down list, click on "Symbol" or "Special Character." A symbol box will pop up. Click on the symbol you want to insert into your text, then click on the insert button and close the box. The rest of the tips are in the link below. But here are some Dingbats too: http://www.dafont.com/omahadings.font?nb_ppp=50 And a Greek symbol font:http://www.dafont.com/ancient-geek.font?nb_ppp=50 http://www.squidoo.com/keyboardsymbols/ I hope this helps!
